  1. AnnieNHRN, Thank you so much for your reply. That is what I do at this point. I talk with my counselors and director and we come up an agreement of sorts about who should not return next year. What I am looking for is a form of some sort where we can put the input from the counselors, me and the director and place this in their file so that they do not go ahead and register for a session and no one knows that they should not be there. It happens a fair amount of time, unfortunately. The director does speak with the parents at the end of the camper's session and informs them of our decision, but some parents go ahead and try to register the camper next session anyway. I would feel better if I had some sort of consolidated info that could be put on the front of the file that would give an immediate flag that the camper had issues and could also possibly be put in our computer program to alert the registration staff that a " Do Not Return" camper was trying to register on line.
  2. Hi! I was wondering if anyone had a specific form for those campers they do not believe should return to camp? It could be due to physical limitations, behaviors, or other issues. I am trying to come up with a form that my counselors and I could fill out and turn in to our director. If approved by the director, then the camper's chart would be marked as a Do Not Return and hopefully that would help us with the next summer's applications. Right now we don't really have a way to document issues that may lead a camper to be considered a DNR. I would appreciate any feedback you might have from those of you who have/use this type of form. Could you send me a copy of the form that your camp uses? Thanks for your help with this!
