  1. Hi, I just finished taking A&P I at ncc this is the 3rd time i have taken this class and got a C the 1st time i started taking this class I had to withdraw 2 wks into it bc i had an accident an needed sugery the 2nd time I had a family emergency and had to travel outside of the country n had to withdraw ad now I took it in the summer and as you can assume the person that was supposed to babysit my daughter bailed out last minute and i spent more time finding someone to watch her then studying so now I have a big fat c my gpa is very good n I know I cant take a&p 1 again so basically i just want to know if anyone has gotten into the nursing program at NCC with a C on A&P and a 3.57 gpa ?
  2. I would advice you spoke with someone from the school first because I think that they dont accept transfers from all lpn schools thats what I have been told and also once your an LPN they want you to have X amount of time and experience working as an LPN before you can apply into the program so in the end it takes you longer.
  3. Thanks im taking A&p now and so far im doing very well.I actually havent met anyone thats an LPN going for their RN at nassua, But I have heard that they do have priority to get into the program.
  4. Thanks , that really helps I retook a class and got an A on it so if they use that and they out the low grade I have almost perfect gpa.
  5. Hi, I will also apply this fall for the spring 2010 nursing program and my gpa just took a hit and is now a 3.7 so im concern as well about getting accepted into the program with such low gpa.
