  1. My first A&P was in 1999 and my second was in 2005. Don't stress yourself over it, you will have plenty to worry about .
  2. I work as a pharmacy technician (I make IVs). I have found it really helpful with my math skills and my pharmacology. What I do if I am at work and I come across a med I don't know, write it down or keep the package insert and research it later. It really helps.
  3. I am a pharmacy technician. I work three 12 hour shifts Fri - Sun (school Mon-Thurs). It is good practice with things like the math and pharmacolgy also. At my hospital they usually start out at $16, plus shift differentials.
  4. Peanut butter crackers and one of those energy shots...just in case. I know this is not what you asked about, but I would suggest making a good friend also. There have been many days were I needed a nap before I drove home or some place to crash the night before a test, and my friends were there. Friends are a commuter's best friend.
