I hate to say it, but another one on the alternate list. Did anyone interviewed not make it on the alternate list? This is seeming like a very long alternate list, despite what they said at the interviews. Quick question for those that did get accepted. If you do accept admission, is it a full commitment, or once those that get accepted to CSULB and decide to go there instead of CSUF is it possible, just a matter of notifying the nursing dept that you changed your mind? Just curious. Really hoping and praying that those of us on the alternate list have a chance!

Congrats DiverDown! Well, I didn't get in. Apparently if you have a Bachelor's GPA below a 3.0 they throw your application right in the trash and won't even consider you. Its really dissapointing to know that you have no chance, ever. I was really praying that this would work out.

Kim, Thanks. I'm still praying that there is a chance that this would work out. Every aspect of the program seems like it would be a perfect fit, I just need to get in. I'm just curious. Does anyone know how many males were at the interviews? Were there that many? Also who is the Dean of the School of Nursing? Is there one? Thanks.

Thanks. Does anyone know how they calculate the gpa requirements? Whether it is only your bachelor's degree, only your pre-reqs, last 60 hours? Also, do they interview everyone they are considering, or is there any chance that without an interview you will still get in? Just curious, thanks.

Can I ask how the two of you were notified? Are you in the Monday or Thursday interview session? I'm still waiting on hearing back. Do you know how many actually applied for Jan 2010?
