From what I hear, National "shuts down" for xmas, on December 21st, so we gotta hear before then.

The LVN-BSN cohort is suppose to hear back this month.

Another cohort, I was just listing them as an example of the timeframe. That was April 2013 cohort.

The person got that reply from nursing on January 18th and did not get their results until February 3rd. Hopefully we dont have to wait that long, but this information has gotten me to stop checking my email every other minute.

I copied and pasted this response from nursing to another student from the April 2013 Cohort forum, it is what led me to believe that we are still several days from finding out if they are still grading essays: Thank you for following up with me regarding the status of your application. I understand you are anxiously waiting for the final results. At this time, application processing is in its final stages. Due to a high volume of applicants, essays are still being reviewed by our faculty evaluators. Once I have received all of the essay evaluations back from the faculty, it will take several days to tally up, calculate and finalize admissions scores and enter the data into the SOAR system. We are hoping to have admissions results posted in the SOAR student portal by the last week of January. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the final results are ready and viewable in SOAR.

I emailed the-name-we-do-not-speak-of (the guy that proctored the teas) last Wednesday and havn't heard back yet......

@SDgirl2013, When did you hear that from your advisor? I only ask because after all the essays are back, they still have to tally and then enter all the results into SOAR which takes several days. We could still be waiting awhile longer.

When I emailed them mid-November to ask how long the results would take, their reply was "early December". Last years LVN-BSN cohort got their letters on Saturday, November 17th. The regular cohort results are averaging about 2.5 months prior to the start date. I know someone that just took the teas on November 19th for the April Cohort, and he was told, they would find out mid-January. We have less applicants, so I not sure what is taking longer for us:dead:
