  1. Can't help it if there were questions that made little to no sense on there. And don't even get me started on the labeling of the bag (though Dr. **** did give us points on that one).
  2. That's exactly what I did. Talk about creating bad habits, especially in the administering of drugs. Isn't that what we're trying to avoid?
  3. Yeah, Dr. * said they were wrong in the book as well. They give you too much information and then expect you to know what to do with it. I figured out how to solve it, but I'm hoping there's nothing like that on the exam. Sounds dumb to say that, but you never know.
  4. Yeah, it's like that in 23 too I think. MNL has been a disaster, and it was evident from the first week of doing it. I will be ecstatic when I no longer have to dread coming home and doing assignments off of MNL. I'd rather do Pharmacology than this.
  5. That sounds like an awesome idea. Doesn't hurt that it's beautiful outside.
  6. It does with everybody methinks. I think MNL, and the med term book should be banished to something like purgatory...or Oklahoma : p
  7. Hehe, I'm kind of the same way. I've been going, "Man, if I had answered this instead of that, I would have made a B instead of a C." But after doing some heavy thinking, I've still got a B in that class. One bad exam is not going to doom me (or it might : o ). This exam in Foundations seems fairly easy. A lot of practical information and general 'must know' stuff. Good luck with studying everybody : )
  8. I'd say this program is worth sacrificing for : ) Grats on the 90. Really makes my grade look super awful, hehe. I e-mailed Dr. * because I wanted to know how clinicals would work. He told me we would have an orientation day at the school with our instructors, and then the orientation at the hospital (boo HIPAA). Not sure if anybody was wondering about that besides me.
  9. It probably wouldn't hurt to remind myself of that every day. Also, do you feel as unprepared to do a head-to-toe as I feel? I've done one in my EMT stuff, but it was a lazy head-to-toe. Definitely not as indepth as they want us to go. I've been told we can pass doing the minimum (which is on that paper), but if you miss any of that. . . Bleh. Time to study for Foundations. Hard to concentrate with that grade hovering over me though : /
  10. Grats to you. I've still got a B so I'm alright with my grade. Just kind of shocking considering I rarely make C's. Probably what I needed though; I think I was getting lazy with this class.
  11. Grades are up. I made a 74, feel like crying. A manly cry, but cry nonetheless. Class average was 79. Guess that'll be the last time they say anything about us doing good eh?
  12. I don't know what the number for mine is. Probably will later today. *Edit* Nevermind, didn't see the schedules. Duh x_x Haha, you got Deja and Kelly. I'll be surprised if any learning gets done there. : p
  13. Yeah, I'm at that point as well. I've been going over the cranial nerves because I've always had problems remembering what each one does (doesn't help that we have to know it for the stupid head-to-toe also). I figure it's multiple choice, and I've got a 50-50 shot of getting the right answer so, no need in stressing myself out when I know I can get an 80 and still be a nurse : )
  14. Except for a certain 19 year old who has to go twice a week. We're all bummed for her. So far I know of one person who's also going to mine, and I'm going to try and find more tomorrow. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle! GI JOE!
  15. They probably made changes from when he first looked at it.
