    Thanks for ur response. I live in NJ and I am thinking about applying in NY state. Will they accept my application or they will ask me to complete this refresher course? Does anyone know how many psychology hours is required in NY state? In NM its 25hrs and in CA 25 hours is not enough. Thanks again

    Hi guys, I am a foreign educated nurse and I applied for NM BON. I have given NCLEX 3times but no luck.I don't want to take refresher course b'coz it is very expensive. Can I go through whole process again and apply in another state? Thanks
