    I totally agree, memorizing did nothing for me. Understanding why is so much better for you in the end. Just think about having too little, or not enough fluid*blood in the vascular system. ... good luck :)

    The difference is...you are trained in the hospital and MOST likely will get a job at Salem hospital. Also, the class is no cost to you...in fact you are paid a decent training wage. There really isnt any other programs like it and it is somewhat competetive. It gave me great experience though.
