Hello fellow nurses i was just promoted to a leadership role, it used to be called just "admit, discharge and transfer nurse" but since I have taken role they have made it into leadership. I do all of those things but I am also in charge of patient satisfaction, quality control, being a charge when not fixing problems or admitting discharging or transferring patients, patient complaints ect. I need a better position name, more leadership like. Patient quality coordinator? Which I don't even know if that makes sense. Please give me your ideas on names. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am brand new to this site and I am very impressed. Apollo College is waiting on their approval for their nursing program here in Reno, NV; therefore, they do not have much listed on their website. Does anyone know how long there nursing program is? Are any pre-req's needed for entry? Thank you;)
