i graduated in april, passed boards in september, and it's now december and i finally went on my FIRST interview today...which was at a rehab center in dayton, Ohio...an hour away from Cincinnati. Market isn't good for newgrads here either, just because we have SO many nursing school around here. Best of luck in your search. I would start trying to talk to nurse recruiter now.

I am a new Graduate RN. It took me 2 trys to pass my boards. In september when I FINALLY was offically an RN I thought my worries were gone and it wouldn't be long until I was able to work. I have applied for so many jobs and I'm not even getting calls back. I have had my resume looked over, and everyone says it looks ok! I'm considering haveing a professional do it. I do need to apply to more LTC places, but I went to school to work in a Hospital... it's my passion and I dearly miss it! I am willing to relocate I am just not having ANY luck.. Any advice?

So i am working on a care plan that is is due friday. i have it done except for my data protion. the teacher for this class is requireing that we do these different than we have in the past so it is throwing me off a bit, but her way is much better and realalistic. anways my question is what type of data would you put down for a women whom just had a cesarean section and the diagnosis is "risk for infection" the sut up for this care plan is. Nursing Diaanosis: Data: Goals: Interventions: Rational Evaluation: like i said, i was able to to correctly fill everything else, this data thing is just throwing me off. sorry if it's a dumb question!! thanka all
