  1. Nursing in Developing Countries

    Greetings All, I currently have a BA in Communications, but intend to return to school for nursing. After traveling to Haiti twice on medical mission trips I can not think of a better way to serve then to become a nurse. I have already registered for classes at my community college to take basic science courses before I apply to an actual nursing program. I am most in the opportunity to work at least some of the time overseas in developing countries. I wondered if anyone had any advice or information about opportunities like this? Also if there are any scholarships, grants etc avaliable for nursing students with a focus in transcultural or cross cultural nursing?
