  3. I am looking for nurses'job descriptions (nurses in the surgery,anesthesiology,medicine.....). We need to change our job descriptions (we have to respect JCAHO 2008). We had only JCI presurvey and I don't understand what they realy want. They talked about competences ,but every nurse has so much competences and I don't like that a job description looks as a book. On the web page JCI and JCAHO ,they give some information, but I need some examples. Have You any idea where I can look for competence skills ? Thank You
