  1. new nurse - no good job

    Hi, I am a new RN in the cleveland area looking for a better job. I took the first position offered to me 6 months ago in a ltc facility. I like it well enough but think I would get better experiences in a hospital. The problem I run into is that everyone wants 1-3 years of experience. Does anyone else have this problem? How do I get around this or do I just have to wait my way though it? help PLEASE

    Hi, there is no way you are too old. I graduated nursing school 10 years ago with honors. Then I chickened out on taking the NCLEX. I just took it for the first time this past April and passed. Always go for your dreams and dont stop no matter what. God bless.
