  1. RN moving to Detroit area, 2 yrs Burn ICU experience, need advice

    Hello, I am moving to Detroit (Pleasant Ridge) in July. I have two years experience of Burn ICU from Wisconsin. I'm looking for something during day shift, but am not having any luck on the hospital's websites (except Home Health, and I'm not comfortable navigating around Detroit alone). I would be willing to work contingent as well. I would love to work in a clinic, but think the pay scale is quite different than what I'm used to. Is the pay pretty much the same at all hospitals? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
