  1. Hello, I just graduated from nursing school and I was just offered an ER job at a very busy children's hospital. I really wanted to start off on a med-surg floor to get experience but there are no positions available anywhere. I got offered this jobs with some inside pull and don't really want to turn it down as I will probably be left without a job but I am very nervous about starting off as a new-grad in an ER. What do you think I should do?
  2. Hello, I am graduating in May and I was offered a job in a children's hospital ER. I am not sure if I should accept the position as I fear it might be too hard for me. Do you think I can jump straight into it and learn e/t I need to know on the job? It is a level 1 trauma center of a pretty big childrens hospital. Any advice?
