  1. Hi, I bought that book over the summer and read it in one weekened. I am one of those "future" nurses and I really enjoyed what I read. Anything I see regarding nursing, I am all for buying it, if my budget allows. I would highly recommend this book to anyone!!!
  2. hi everyone, i hope all of you are doing well. i wish i was. well anyway to make this story really short, i am having a difficult time trying to understand a&p. i have been a returning student since january 2000 and all i need to finish is a&p i, a&pii and micro. however, i feel that this a&p block will be hardest hurdle in my prenursing career. sometimes i feel like giving up because i do not have the support that i need from hubby and i have to continue to do everything (you know, kids, housework, etc.) i have been thinking about dropping out of school because of this. does anyone have any advice and/or have been in similar situations? i don't mean to take up too much time on this, but i just wanted to hear other's opinions. take care and god bless! claudia
  3. Well, my semester just began on 8/22 and we are using Nester, Anderson, etc. Microbiology, A human perspective. I am excited because this professor is also teaching the A&P I class that I am taking. So, one professor, 2 courses. How cool is that? Well anyway, I wish everyone good luck that is taking Micro this semester and let's continue being helpful and encouraging to one another. :)
  4. Well, I am taking 11 credit hours here in Georgia. I am taking A&P I, Med. Micro and World Literature. I also am a Patient Care Tech, working full time and full time mother to three little ones, ages, 10, 7(soon to be 8) and 5(soon to be six). Also, "adoptive mom" to an almost 1 y.o. Persian Grey Kitten named Misty Grey as well as a Wife to a crazy but wonderful hubby. That's alot on my plate. But I am determined to finish. Good luck to everyone here!!!
