Nursing Orientation is usually tailored to your skill level, no expirence or plenty of exirence. If you sell (interview yourself) as someone looking for a prep peroid then your not going to be marketable. That's what nursing school did-give you the skills to do your job! You can usually ask in the interview "what kind of support and education do you have for new grands?" Have you gone on many interviews?

"New Grad" or RN jobs?

I joined this forum in hopes someone can give me the career guidence I have been longing to seek. I have been nursing over 2 decades (the past decade I have been strictly agency) and have a skill I always wanted to incorperate into my nursing practice but never figured out how. I am a ventriloqust and magician and always wanted to use this in my nursing practice (insert your own joke). I never figured out how to do this: teaching, holistic nursing, speaking, palliative care, et al... Can anyone here suggest how I can combine my nursing skills and entertainment to make a fulfilling practice? Thank you in advance! -A
