I am new here myself. I just got out of nursing school a year ago .When I first decided to go back to school I was terrified about it because I had heard some many people talk about how hard it was and how much trouble they had. I had to study a lot but done relatively well. I am now continuing my education after working for a year as an Lpn I decided to go on and get my RN degree. I loved my job as as Lpn but felt that I could do even better as an Rn. It took me several years of working meaningless jobs as a waitress and cashier before I decided to go back to school, and I thank god everyday that I did go back to school. It made me a better person , it gave me self confidence and helped bring me out of my shell. At least that is what my family tells me.So if you want a good career and you really want to be a good nurse then I say go for it but make sure it is something you want for yourself.
