Florida Hospital would love to have you. Currently there is a 10K sign on now. ORMC has had a hiring freeze for the last 3 or 4 months. We are remodeling and will soon be The Disney Childrens Hospital at Florida Hospital

From the students at clinicals that I have observed, I have been the most impressed with the students from Valencia cc. As for the new nurses just graduating, all of the are very competent. However, my hospital puts them all through a nurse training program of a year with a preceptor so that all graduate nurses are on the same level. Hope that this helps you and good luck.

Crocks are the best!! Especially when they are great big. They are cheap, colorful, and don,t slip. Get expensive socks that wick moisture away from your feet. Keep a second set of shoes in your locker if your feet start to hurt. I have been doing this job for nearly 14 years. I started out with a 8narrow and now I wear 9 1/2 extra wide. Also my favorite doctor is DrScholl. He will be yours too.
