  1. Thank you so much! I am going to check out those sites right now! I appreciate this! My brother died in '95 from kidney failure and at that time I had no idea I was going to go into nursing, but when I decided on this career and saw I could work in nephrology...it was kind of like being slapped in the face. I knew this was where I wanted to be.
  2. Hello everyone! I am pursuing my RN and this field is one of the reasons I decided to go for it! (I was scared about trying to become a RN and have been chewing on it for a year until now when I finally gave myself a swift kick & told myself to get moving!) I was wondering how you get into this field? Can you start in it from school? If not, where would I want to begin? How do you all like it? Thank you very much. I appreciate how you all are so helpful to us new ones!
  3. Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it! I am going to check it out right now and I am positive that it will be more than helpful to me!
  4. Hello everyone! I am 23 years old and currently working for my RN. I have to wait about a year before nursing courses/clinicals but I am using this time for my chem/bio/social science...etc and to spend as much time with my 6 1/2 month old daughter. I am very interested in working in Nephrology. Does anyone here work in that field and would be willing to tell me what it is like? Thank you very much! I really appreciate it!
