  1. Hi everyone, I will be graduating in May with my BSN from the University of Rhode Island. I maybe moving down to El Paso where my boyfriend is stationed at Fort Bliss. I was looking to work on a maternity or pediatric unit, is anyone working at any of the hospital there that are hiring new grads? I was looking at the WBAMC but can't seem to find if they are hiring new grads. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I am a nursing student and I need to do and Evidence Based Project for the hospital I am at before I graduate. I am taking on the task of implementing a new protocol at the hospital i am at for the use of bair huggers for those who are going to have a c-section. Has anybody used bair huggers before for c-section patients? Does your hospital have protocols for this? There is not much information out there with the use of the bair hugger for c-section so any information will help. Even if anyone has any journal articles they know of please share. Thanks you
  3. I am doing a paper on anemia in pregnancy that includes iron deficiency, folic acid deficiency, sickle cell hemoglobinopathy, and thalassemia. Can anyone help me think of nursing diagnoses that would go with this. Thanks
