Theft of Property, 3rd Degree
Hello Everyone! I am currently in LPN school. I will be finish in April 2010. I have a theft of property 3rd degree, misdemeanor charge in Alabama. I am very concern that I may not get my license. When I graduate, the charge will be six years old. Should I be concern about not getting my license. I am very afraid. I am working very hard in school & I have awesome grades. In September, I will be going to clinicals. I had spoken to the Dean of Nursing at school & she stated that a misdemeanr will not stop me. Also, I have 3 worthlesss checks charges that are unrelated. I had a couple of bounce checks because of lack of communication between my husband and I. We were newlyweds at the time of the returned checks. He would write checks & I would write checks & not say anything to each other. I need some advice. Please help! Any opinions would be greatly appreciate!
