I have 2 colleagues who got approved as a Critical Care Nurse in a hospital in Florida. Got a RFE on my case. Just got resumed last april 6. Hoping for my approval pretty soon.

this is a big hospital in Florida. It is also a not for profit institution. So excluded in the cap. They are looking for critical care nurses for h1b. thanks guys. we'll be requesting a letter from CGFNS stating that thereis no such thing as a critic...

@ all. Im still waiting for my approval. Got a RFe dated September 30, 2009 and on the same day got resumed. Its been 3 months already and still my case is pending. Whats taking USCIS long before they can process my paper??

i just got my notice of receipt from my h1b petition. Anyone in here with the same status of mine? How long will the waiting time for uscis decision to take. My processing center is in Vermont.

Im waiting for my notice of receipt. My employer told me its somewhere in May or early June. Hope this works. I think the H1b visa is good only for Specialized nurses. Like nurses in the ICU, HDU, or any specialized area.
