I have international nursing education and I got CGFNS and BON approved for NCLEX-RN. I appeared for NCLEX-RN and did not pass. I would like to try NCLEX-PN and see what happens. I do not know if BON will allow me to sit for PN exam. Please advise if you know about it.

I am on H4 Visa. I am expecting that I will have green card in next 2 years. I was looking into CGFNS website and they say that I have 3 steps to follow - Application, CGFNS Exam and TOEFL. I am not sure when I need to give NCLEX. Please suggest. Can I apply to green card from H4 status if I somehow manage to get RN?

I have completed Staff Nurse Course in Nepal. Staff Nurse is a three years nursing degree in Nepal. I am currently a registered Nurse in Nepal. I am currently studying in an University in Texas in Bachelor's degree. I am in my first semester and I am looking forward to complete my Bachelor's degree in Nursing. I am in a dependent visa. Since, I already have a nursing degree in Nepal, I am interested to work as a Registered Nurse in US before I complete my degree. I am not sure how to proceed further. I also heard that not all States accept foreign nurses. Somebody please suggest. Thank you.
