  1. Hello! I am so happy to have been offerred a position as a GN on a level III ICN! The first part of this email is about that! Do you have any recs of nursing journals or reference material that would be valuable to have? I would like to begin preparing for this position (starts in July). The other part of the email refers to a research project. I would like to address the Effects of pacifier use on breastfeeding. Does anyone have any ideas or references for this topic? Although I have not started reading articles, I have done lit search and it appears that there is a lot of material on the subject. I was hoping that experienced RNs could add additional ideas! THanks so much!
  2. I am a senior getting my BSN and hoping to work in the PICU with future goals to work as a CRNA. What are your thoughts on the PICU as my ICU experience? TIA! Amy
