  1. Can anyone give me any information on the Ivy Tech Pharm Final exam? Anything would help....how many questions? What percentage is drug matching? What are main areas to study? Advice? Please help!
  2. I'm going to try all advice given, thanks a lot for your help.
  3. I am 6 weeks into Pharmacology and it is kicking my butt! I had a 3.8 GPA entering the nursing program and it is starting to slip. I have to have 75% to pass Pharm and at week 6 I am only at 65%. I kind of neglected Pharm study to focus on Fundamentals, which was only a 5 week class and therefore had a ton of reading. Now I have put myself in a hole with Pharm and only have 10 weeks to pull myself out of it. My question is...does anyone who has taken Pharm have any advice for me as far as; better study tips, extra Pharm books/study guides that may help or anything else that may help me. I'm wondering if I am trying to read and memorize too much of the book and should focus more on the lecture and my own notes? Is it possible that in trying to memorize everything, nothing is sticking? Please help, I can't fail!
  4. I just took the test and I tried using 3 different books which ended up being of no use. My best advice is to get Science, English and Math/Algebra for dummies. You need a general knowledge of these areas. Helpful to know about mitochondria, ATP and some general A&P.
