After finding out that the nursing math wouldn't kill me I was so excited,I knew for sure I was going to stay in the program.Then my girlfriend had a conversation with a woman who been in same progam previously.The woman got good grades but did not complete the program because of the clinicals.She said that she was unsupervised alot of the time basically wondering around not knowing what she was doing and getting yelled at for it.I hear that a lot of people don't get through clinicals.Before I spend thousands of dollars on school I want to be confident that I will make it through.So my question is,what is a typical clinical day like? Please be as thorough as possible.

Hi everybody,I'm enrolled in an LPN program that starts in October.My girlfriend had conversation with an RN today who said that going to school for LPN isn't worth it because most places want RNs and they are phasing out the PNs.Not only that but she also said that they don't get paid well.

Hi all,I'm going to be taking A&P soon.I really want to know what the class is like.I heard you have to read several chapters of your book in x amount of days and know the stuff.That's crazy......essay questions scare me too.Will I be seeing alot of those?

Hi everyone,I think I may be in trouble.I have just been accepted into nursing school and I have major math issues.I was in the slower math classes in school.I've never even taken an algebra class in my life.My question is,exactly what type of math does "nursing math" invole and would somebody like me be able to learn the basics of it before school starts in a few months.Keep in mind I am far behind in math.
