I would like to reapply for CGFNS. I down load form already but I have a question. Form page 7of 10 (Request For Validation Of Registration/ License For Certification Program) this page do I have to send to my university where I graduated? Or can I do notary public? Please tell me, I have to do it fast because I would like test in March 2004. Thak you for your help

Thank you Caramel I have contacted CGFNS but nothing they don't reply me. I know that they work slowly. About NCLEX in CA, I asked for application form and I got it already but I have problem about SS number that I don't have and they require SS number. thank again Araya

I really need information about CGFNS. I took the test CGFNS 2 years ago and fail and gave up. now I want to fight again. what should I do to reapply? Now I live in USA. If I want to take NCLEX-RN directly, can I do that? But I don't have SS number. There are any state that I can apply ...please tell me thank you every much

I have lived in US already but I couldn't do anything to get myself better. I failed CGFNS 2 years ago and I had given up. But now I want to fight again. I want to have the futuer..others can do it so I can do it too...right? I try to contact CGFNS to get information about reapply and I have a question for them. That is my old licens expired and I have the new one with me now. So what should I do? CGFNS forget to reply me. And If anyone know about how to apply to get the licens from the state that dosen't require CGFNS and social number...please tell me. Thank you
