  1. Can you make a "good living" working per diem HH visits. Can you make ot with per diem? What are the advantages and disavantages of per diem vs. full time HHC? Can you get health insur, benefits of any kind when you are per diem? I'm wondering because I am getting ready to make a change to HHC from Hospital nursing. I am worried about making enough money to live on. I have a steady income with hostpital nursing. I guess I could work at more than one HHC to pay my bills if needed. Any expert advise? Thanks a million!
  2. Which is the best method to be paid, salary, hourly or per visit?
  3. It's in the Holiday, Fl area. Thanks
  4. I've been a Psychiatric RN for 20 years. I've have been a Staff nurse, Clinical nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager and an Acting Nurse Manager over the years. I am considering HH for the flexibility in house and time. I need to make a change from hospital care to HH mostly for the flexible hours. I have children to care for. I am recently divorced and split there care 50/50 with there father and I find the 12 hospital shifts do not work well with there schedule. I like the M-F and one weekend with HH. I also have experience in SICU, OR and Med Surg. Does anyone have any input regarding the company, the move etc.... I'd be grateful for any input/information given. I believe it really like psychiatric hh if given the chance and a great company to work for. I want to know I'd be supported every step of the way.
