Hello All, I graudated in May 2009 from GMU, but I was in the traditional program. It's very writing intensive program, quite a lot of lengthy papers and presentations. Make sure you quote all sources!!!! A few words of advice 1. Do all the required readings 2. Listen in class 3. Do not miss clinicals or labs 4. Open labs help a great deal 5. Try your best to get along with your professors (there's good and bad ones) I took the NCLEX in the beginning of July and passed. I didn't use Kaplan or ATI. I began studying two weeks prior to the test and used the Saunders Comprehensive NCLEX book and CD. If you do the required readings and pay attention in class it will be a breeze. Buy your books on amazon. I've sold most all of mine at a lesser value than the bookstore. Good luck!!!
