thank you sunshine and caliotter for your replies and encouragement, and congratulation to diva; i am so happy for you. i took the exam twice; there are lots of medications that i don't even know so i want to focus more on medications, but it's hard to memorize everything in details esp. each med we need to know the action, nursing interventions and side effects. does anyone have any suggestion what book make it simple to memorize all these. i just borrow a book [color=#004b91]prentice hall's reviews & rationales: comprehensive nclex-rn® review (prentice hall nursing reviews & rationales series). i read the content and i think it's pretty good because it breaks down into 8 sections: managment of care, safety and infection control, health promotion and maintenance, psy integrity, basic care and comfort, pharmacology and parenteral therapies, reduction of risk and physiological adaptation. does anyone know if this book is reliable?
