  1. Thank you all so much! So if i get those ATI books and do my NCLEX review books like crazy i should be good?? I have one NCLEX review book...kaplan i think, or which ever name that really popular one is, i've been doing pretty well on those practice tests. thanks again guys:yeah:!! and if anyone has any other information or tips i'll be happy to hear them!
  2. nope, NOTHING, they are just like you're taking this in a few months, this is the score you need to get....and this school is #1 in the state...you'd think they'd want to give us a little help....i have no idea what books to get....are these the right ones? set of 8 ati nursing books and 4 plan nursing dvds rn - eBay (item 110576168253 end time Aug-27-10 16:04:27 PDT)
  3. HELPPP! we are going to take the ATI in a few months and my school has done NOTHING to tell us how to "prepare", what its going to be like...NOTHING....just what scores we need to get to pass, and if we dont pass we have 2 more times to try, then otherwise we're OUT of the program....no being a senior and SO CLOSE to graduating that isn't an option. please help! any advice on to what to study, what study guides, how to study, what it's like ANYTHING would be so helpful...i've asked some of the seniors from last year and they didn't really help much
  4. did you get into the nursing program or the Nurse anesthetist programe w.o stat?
  5. Thanks! Do most NA schools require a chem or stats class? I am definitely going to take a stats class and some point. And a chem class, because I know little to nothing about chem, seeing as the last time i took it i was a sophomore in high school.
  6. I'm a sophomore at VCU in the nursing program. I'd just like to know so tips or any advice for the NCLEXs that I can pay attention to now to help on the test thanks!
  7. I'm a sophomore at virginia commonwealth university in the nursing program right now and need some advice! We don't have to take a chem class if we took one in high school, however since i want to eventually become a CRNA i know i should take one...but which one? just intro chem, organic chem? which one? Also we don't have to take STATS but i heard i should if i want to apply to NA school? Any other classes or tips? Right now im trying to bring my GPA up to ATLEAST a 3.5, im not too far away, i've gotten a C here and there in just some of my pre-reqs all my nursing classes i've recieved an A or B. And i'm an ER Tech at a local hospital. Just wondering what "extra" classes i need, like stats, and whichever chem....or anything i should try to do now to increase my chances later down the road. thanks!
