  2. Hello! I am interviewing for a Research Nurse position this week. I have many years of clinical experience in the area of study, but I do not have research experience. The job announcement states previous research experience preferred, not required. I currently only have an ADN. I have wanted to find a way into research, but assumed I would have to wait until I finish my BSN. But this might be an opportunity for me. I have 2 questions for any experienced research nurses: 1. Do you have any advice for when I interview with the physician managing the study? 2. If I am selected for the position, where might I go for resources as a novice research nurse? Thanks for any suggestions!
