  4. New to this amazing site. !st year nursing student. Having care plan problems. Have to turn in a satisfactory care plan by end of class tomorrow. A little about my patient: Patient is total care. My nursing dx for him is Self Care Deficit dressing, grooming, toileting, r/t Hemiplegia, Demenita and CVA secondary to musculosteletal impairment, AMB inability to perform ADL's If this dx is suffice, I need a broad goal, and outcome and three nursing intervention. Ive been trying to get a handle on this care plan thing all semester. I ask lots of questions and my instructor answers me with a question. It's mid term now and I NEED HELP:crying2: I appreciate any and all help.
  5. Prior to taking the TEAS, I read lots of testimonials. Most said, just know the basics. Don't waste money buying expensive study guides that are not test related like the one in question. I borrowed a GED book from a friend and studied that to prepare for this test, and I did well. My suggestion: Read over several testiomonials and come up with what you think is the BEST thing to do. GOOD LUCK. It's really not that bad.
