Congratulations on your selection HM1. I am a YN2 and I was wondering if you could help me with my package for MECP. I have everything for my package except the CO's endorsement and interview appraisals. My CCC is working on putting together a three panel interview for me and I am in the process of drafting an endorsement. Since I am a YN, I was told that it would be better for me to write up an endorsement and then present it to the CO. Unfortunately I have never had the task of writing an endorsement, especially one about myself. I am also struggling with my personal statement, once againd not good at writing about myself. What is the board looking for in the personal statement and endorsement? What should I expect during my interviews? How can I ensure that my package is good enough for the board? This is my first time applying and I am so nervous. Nursing is something that I have always wanted to do and I want this so bad. I just need to figure out a way to convey that to the selection board on paper :) Any advice or suggestions you could offer would be greatly appreciated. V/r YN2
