How do you get in to Kaiser anesthesia program in California? I know that it is very competitive! What does it take, and what are they looking for? I have 12 years experience in ICU, (the last 7 in SICU), I've also worked as a crisis nurse. I have a GPA of 3.8 for my bachelor's degree. I have CCRN, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and I've taught some lectures in ICU classes. I don't have a lot of chemistry background. I got a B in Biochem. Any suggestions to improve my chances would be greatly appreciated! :)
