I will call tomorrow about if i have to be a resident and figure it out. But thank you so much for taking the time to write me back. I found some books i think that may help me with strategies and skills and another book with just hundreds of reveiw questions with a lot of delegation and prioritzation questions. Just trying to find the best prices but i think by the time shipping and handling is all said and done. I would be better off just paying the $5-$10 more at Barnes & Noble to just have them today instead of 2-3 weeks from now. Thank you again!!!

Thank you! I have recently done some research and came to the conclusion that i can take the test else where, without going back to school. I have already done the hard work and graduated the RN program. Why do it all over again? I need some suggestions for testing material for prioritizing. Like what patients to see first. I have noticed that is the majority of the test and i get frustrated when i answer one right but then the test turns around and asks the same question a little different. Suggestions greatly appreciated!
