    Hi everyone i just want to ask everyone's opinion. i've been an rn for a year a snf. i got a job in cvicu in la n moved... (made so many sacrifice for this move) 6 wk orientation .. but now i had a job offer from sd for med surg (my husband's home place n based as a reservist) and pays more 10 wk orientation.. cvicu in la or medsurg sd?:redbeathe
