  1. There is a luck factor as well, luckily I was given the areas I knew and not labor and delivery. From your post it says you took Kaplan so I assume you know the assessment/implmentatation and ABC technique they teach. I found out that knowing my labs and really understanding what high and low mean paid off since I was able to eliminate some times a lab in the correct range or be suspicious of one in the bad range. Good luck, you will pass it, I know how hard it is, I failed my first time at 75 and luckily passed my 2nd attempt
  2. Maybe you are over thinking some of the questions. Most of the priority questions you should look for the patient experiencing an unusual symptom that may not be asociated with their diagnosis instead of a pt with COPD with breathing problems
  3. You used the same materials I used except your Qbank scores were quite a bit better and I passed. I used exam carm mostly for meds and other clarifications I needed. Good Luck
  4. I failed at 75 the first time and had half the categories close to passing and the other half below. I studied for a solid 3 weeks especially labs and what they meant, and took Kaplan. 45 days later I passed at 110 questions. I took my time on the first 75 which took me about 2 hrs and then went at a normal pace until it shut off, I thought I failed but I passes. So basically I did worse then you my first time and passed my second, just study and know Meds I used Exam cram for the med portion
