  1. Getting 80% and above on those practice exam on Sauders 4th edition CD will give you confidence in preparing for that NCLEX-RN exam. Ideally, your scores should be in this range so that you will gain that positive confidence. Just try to do 100 questions or more a day and at least allot 2 hours of review and you will do fine. I passed this exam with just two weeks of self review using this Saunder's CD and it did helped me a lot to build my confidence.
  2. hopefully you'll do alright!! i passed this NCLEX-RN exam just using the CD from Saunders 4th edition. I did 100 questions a day for two weeks and it really helped me passed the exam... You just need to tackle the question one at a time and really presence of mind is crucial. So goodluck and hope that you pass.
