    Please if anyone can help out with this.... I was going through some personal problems and i found comfort in drugs, meth to be exact. At the time i was not working. I ended up getting mixed up wioth the wrong crowd and was convicted of a felony poss of stolen property,& being under the influence. That was two years ago. Since then i have gone to a inpatient rehab, and have been working my steps and putting my life back to where it was. I had been a lvn for 7 yrs before all this occured with a good record. Now i have dealt with the california board of vn's, and they have decided to revoke my license. I have 3 weeks to file a petition as to why they should not. I am now currently working for over 1 yr at the same facility. My don and administrator are aware of all that is going on and they will support me. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what the petition should say?
