  1. thank you very much for the information. i have been unable to reply due to job employment and as it turns out, i have two places that i have been orienting in. i do however have a problem. at both facilities, i have been shadowing nurses who have been considered to be "very good" by their facilities and thier bosses. what troubles me however is the fact that they tend to give certain patients 9pm meds with thier earlier 5pm meds (so meds to be given at about 5 are given at 4ish instead). is this a normal practice??? mixing medications that are to be given at different times troubles me greatly. i just dont feel comfortable knowingly doing medication errors even though it gets the job done alot quicker. i dont mean to ramble on but it is not what i thought it would be. cn anyone please advise if they have been in this position or if they have anything to say. thanks in advance
