Hi blustar, My stats are similar to remy's (GPA's ~3.7, 98th percentile on the NET, B.S. in MEB from UC Berkeley), but I have less hospital experience (Volunteered ~200 hrs at 2 hospitals + years of biotech lab work). I think we both had pretty good stats. I must admit, my interview was weak. But, everything else was pretty competitive. I'd like to know the stats of the people who did get admitted. Are there any reading this?? One question blustar, did you ask for a deferment from USF or did you just reject their offer letter? Nice talking to everyone!

I received a phone call this afternoon from Megan McDrew. Looks like I'm starting the CNL program in a few months. woo-hoo!:w00t: I'm moving from Los Angeles to the East Bay or maybe SF. ???

Hello, I also applied to USF's Clinical Nurse Leader, Non-Nurse to MSN program for Summer '09. I have a similar GPA, lab experience, and hospital volunteer experience only. You sound like a competitive applicant! Although.... I don't really know the stats of their accepted students. Hopefully we will both get in though! Have you heard any updates from them? An invitation to interview? I haven't received any messages from them yet.

I just interviewed for the Fall 2009 FNP class at SMU. It was an interesting experience indeed! I guess now it's time to just sit back and wait patiently. It would be great to know when everyone starts hearing of acceptance or waitlist status. Did anyone else attend the Feb. 21st interview?
