    Hey to anyone, our hospital is trying to change our call in policy. Currently, call would not start until you physically leave the building and get called back in. The problem with that is we are only supposed to run a day shift, but are continually having to stay over when rooms run late to cover the schedule. It is only straight time unless you are over 40 hours then it is time & a half. Call used to start at 3:30 unless you worked until 4:30 at $2.00 an hour. When does everyones call start? How do your hospitals handle this? Thank you.
