  1. Associate or Bachelors?

    i am a parent and i would like to get into nursing would it be best for me to get my associates degree or my bachelors degree? whats the difference between the two? will the associates make it harder for me to be hired? will i have to take extra classes or tests? EDIT: i would like to eventually become a L&D nurse. the 4 years for BSN is pre paid for me so money isnt an issue
