  1. Thanks, that definitely helps!!
  2. Oh and the multivitamins have iron
  3. I wa wondering if I could get some advice on a care plan I need to do. I need to come up with the priority Dx for a 2 year old that has been fed multivitamins by his 5 yr old brother. The mom brought the child in expecting to give him Ipecac and get sent home, but he is admitted to hospital. He has 2 brothers 5 and 7 who are being taken care of by a neighbour temporarily and the mom is eager to get home to them. The dad is away long periods of time for work and isn't very close to the kids. I'm having trouble deciding what the priority Dx is. I was thinking Risk for Poisoning...but then he has already been poisoned, hasn't he?... or knowledge deficit r/t poisoning...or possibly something to do with coping in the hospital but I am just not sure. Am I totally off the mark? What do you think?
