  1. I'm just starting school, and I am positive that I'm making the right choice by persuing a career in nursing. I've been in hospitals as a patient, and also as a patient's mom; I see what nurses are capable of doing and how they help people, but I worry sometimes about situations I might not be able to handle. My question is; what was the worst experience you've had to deal with as a nurse, and has there ever been a situation you couldn't handle, reguarding a patient and if so what did you do?
  2. This is my first semester of college and I am hoping to persue a degree in nursing. I'm nervous and excited all at the same time, but my main concern is making sure that I take classes that will prepare me for my future career (I hear horror stories of how people wasted a whole semester on courses that were not necessary). Which classes do you feel most prepare you for earning your degree in nursing?
