Webster University CRNA Interview
I didn't apply to Webster but did you guys also apply to Barnes Jewish in St. Louis? I'm not from the area and I'm interviewing there in a couple weeks. If anyone has any advice about the interview I'd appreciate it!

Gonzaga University interview prep?
Hey! I'm interviewing there as well! I know a current student and she says it's very casual, get to know you type of questions. The last session is a mega code you run yourself based on your clinical experience. Review your ACLS or TNCC and know your H's and T's and rhythms. Otherwise she advised just to be yourself and be poised.

What unit/position?

Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett
I would like to know more too...specifically about the quality of PRME's residency and if new grad's feel adequately supported on the med-surg floors. Also, I'm interested in knowing about nurse-patient ratios. Thanks!

New grad nurses in the ED
I'm a new graduate with an interest in working in the ED. I have an upcoming interview for an ED nurse residency position and I'm open to suggestions for important questions to ask during the interview. Also, while I continue to apply for jobs, are there ways to better prepare/equip myself for a career in the ED in addition to certifications such as ACLS and PALS? Any input would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Shoreline or UW??
Thanks to everyone for all the advice...I'm planning on accepting my spot at Shoreline for all those reasons and more. In response to j450n's question, I had about 108.9 points and the minimum was 105.5ish...last quarter the minimum was 108 so between last quarter and this one it has gone down. It must just depend on the applicant pool. That's all I know! Good luck to everyone who's applying!

Shoreline or UW??
Hello all!! I was just admitted to Shoreline community college's ADN program and have yet to hear back from UW. I only applied to these two schools and unfortunately, I need to let Shoreline know if I choose to enroll and begin classes Spring quarter before I even hear back from UW. There are definite pros and cons to both programs. I hear great things about Shoreline and it is less expensive. I want to go for my BSN however, so that would be a more indirect process through Shoreline, doing the extra year 1 day/week at UW Bothell. I am pretty certain I am going to accept my spot at Shoreline especially since there's the question of if I would even get into UW. However, I would love anyone's insight into my options... the reputation of the program, the graduates preparedness etc... just to help make this decision a little easier. Thanks!
