I need help, I have to do patient teaching on Thursday for my clinical group on diabetes. I did all the research and I have to teach a patient on diet, exercising, and how to check their blood sugar. I am trying to find some visual aides like pamphlets or brochures. I tried to make one on Microsoft Word but it didn't work.... Any ideas? anything would help!

I have 2 math problems that I can not seem to figure out, I hope someone can help me on how to get the answer. First question: The physician orders a diluted tube feeding of 1/3 strength Jevity Plus for the pt. How much water will the nurse ass to the 250ml can of Jevity Plus to make a 1/3 strength tube feeding? Second question: Aluminum hydroxide suspension 15ml is ordered qid. The pharmacy sends a bottle labeled 320/ mg/5ml of aluminum hydroxide. How many mg is the pt receiving per dose? please help
