  2. thank u suzzane .....I have done my Bachelors in Microbiology and Pg as Diploma in MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN... am i eligible for H1 ??? do u have any idea??

I have now one other doubt for my H1 as a microbiologist.... can i file for my H1 on the basis of microbiology ??? as minimum vage pay for H1 is around $ 52,000... but for microbiology jobs there is hardly like $30,000 - $40,000 so i am really in confusion that do u get H1 visa for microbiology??? or there is some apl quota for microbiology where u can get H1 even if u have less pay scale??? If anybody knows about this .....plz reply me as the H1 visa will open next month and i have to make a decision soon

Hi Everybody, I am new in this forum.... but i have few doubts on RN program as i just came from india and i am on H4 visa...I have done my bachelors in microbiology and post graduation in medical lab technician.... My questions are 1) can i start my studies on H4 visa??? or do i need to change on student visa as per my knowledge..i can study but i cant work in H4 visa but do i need my SSN no for doin my nursing course? 2) do i need to do LPN course 1st to do RN or i can directly go for RN?? 3) after i finish my course can i start working immidiately ??and how long does it take to get my green card after i file for my I-140??
